About Troch

The Word Troch is derived from the name of a small town in Germany called Trochtelfingen where the idea of creating Fruit spreads with high fruit content originated. Troch also translates to number 3 in Slovakian language where there are 3 major ingredients in most of our products. Guess what else is "3" in number here. Yes, it is our Family :)

It all started during our Family's trip to Germany in 2018 where we had a fun healthy Jam making session at a friend's place on an October weekend. This little session made us think if we can make such healthy Jams in India suited to the taste and need of Indians. The covid lockdown period gave us enough time to try out a lot of ways to improve on what we learnt and try out various recipes. And so we bring to you Jams made with actual fruits and sweetened with Date syrup. This mindset helped us explore more products that suit our philosophy. With this passion at heart, we bring to you Troch, a clean-label brand!

All our products have easily understandable ingredients and NO junk.
