Replacement/Exchange:
Replacement or Exchange are provided in case of damage to products during transit.
If you have any reason to doubt the products are damaged during transit, please do not accept the delivery. Please contact us via Email and we shall arrange for a replacement in due course of time.
If you are not satisfied with regards to the quality of the product, please write us an Email with full unedited unboxing video in good lighting and share the issue for each product. We shall send a replacement for the stated products only and not the complete order. We are unable to honor requests with respect to colour/texture/taste/smell.
Refund/Cancellations:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refund once an order is placed. Request your understanding in this matter.
